بدأت رحلة النفود عام 2016 بفرع واحد في حي الروابي، بفكرة بسيطة: أن يجد الناس الطبق النجدي كما عرفوه في بيوتهم، وبنفس المذاق، ونفس الكرم، وبمعايير مطعم محترف.

Alnufud began in 2016 with a single branch in Al Rawabi and a simple idea: that people should find the Najdi dish exactly as they knew it at home — same taste, same generosity, held to professional standards.

اليوم نخدم آلاف الضيوف شهرياً من فرعين في الرياض، وما زلنا نطبخ بنفس الوصفات ونفس المصادر المحلية التي بدأنا بها.

Today we serve thousands of guests a month across two Riyadh branches, still cooking with the same recipes and the same local sources we started with.
